Josh Asrar, Sales & Leasing

Having joined the real estate industry in 1999, Josh is currently working with The Pyramis Company as a real estate sales agent. He is involved in all facets of sales and listing of residential and commercial properties. He has successfully negotiated contracts for government agencies, investors and corporate clients. He also enjoys working with families to help them find their dream home.

Josh graduated from the Naval Academy in Karachi, Pakistan and was an officer in the Navy before moving to Texas in 1985. Before entering the field of real estate in 1999, he owned and operated an oil and gas company for more than 10 years. The experience and knowledge he brings with him to our industry is an invaluable asset that allows him to work extremely well with clients in meeting their real estate needs.

He is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Josh enjoys scuba diving in the Caribbean, sailing and deep-sea fishing. He has been married since 1988 and has one son and one daughter. Josh also enjoys spending time with his family camping, swimming and is also a gourmet chef.
