Lin Schnipper, Accounting & Office Manager

With over thirty years experience, Lin comes well qualified to oversee our accounting department with experience in the following areas: RTC sealed bid sales and research, verified sealed bid information for the RTC, kept updated information on all residential properties under $100,000, and processed awarded contracts after they had been signed.

Staff Accountant abilities consists of preparation and analysis financials statements, forecasts, budgets, conduct and reconcile inventories, file state tax forms, reconcile bank statements-both domestic and foreign.

Lin’s business, management and accounting education was obtained from Western Illinois University, St. Xavier College and Loop College in Chicago, Illinois.

She relocated to San Antonio from Chicago with her husband and two children thirty years ago. Lin belongs to the San Antonio Junior Forum, a community service organization. She also enjoys reading, fishing, rock music, and doing puzzles. Lin Schnipper is another valued member of the Pyramis team!
