Nicole Gregory is currently working as a property manager and director of property operations with the Pyramis team. Bringing 5 years of management experience from the multi-family industry … thus, making her well qualified to manage single-family assets. Nicole’s abilities consist of managing, real estate marketing, customer service, maintaining occupancy, collecting rent, financials, and anything else that will make Pyramis the best management company. All of this translates into an excellent working knowledge of the rental market and skills highly tuned in working directly with the public.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently working on her Master’s of Art in Counseling. She held an officer’s position in Psi Chi National Honor Society, along with being a member of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society. She has also been published in the National Dean’s list book for her academic achievements. She is currently working on her real estate license as well.

Along with being a graduate student, she is a mother to one beautiful daughter and recently tied the knot in 2006. Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing volleyball, and working-out.
