Michelle Spraggins, Property Manager

Michelle is a native of Texas but a new comer to San Antonio. She moved to the area in 2002 from the metropolitan area of Northern Virginia. Michelle began working in the property management field in 2000 at a Homeowners Association in the accounting department and attending HOA meetings as a recording secretary. Once in San Antonio, she started in the apartment industry and was promoted to the new civilian contract at Ft. Sam Houston handling on-post family housing for the U.S. Army. Michelle brings a wealth of experience in high quality housing management and maintenance.

Michelle has been married for ten years and is the mother of a six year old boy named McCade. She enjoys shopping (what girl doesn’t?), hanging out with friends, listening to classic rock, cooking, and competition.

Her goals in the short-term are to become a licensed real estate agent and earn a bachelor’s degree in business or architecture.
